| dc.description.abstract | El desarrollo rural constituye un componente fundamental para el progreso social, económico y ambiental de los territorios, especialmente en municipios donde la actividad agropecuaria representa una de las principales fuentes de sustento para la población. En este contexto, las administraciones municipales tienen la responsabilidad de planificar, ejecutar y hacer seguimiento a programas y proyectos que permitan fortalecer la productividad del sector rural, promover la sostenibilidad ambiental y gestionar de manera adecuada los riesgos presentes en el territorio. En el caso del municipio de San Alberto, departamento del Cesar, la Coordinación de Desarrollo Rural, Medio Ambiente y Gestión del riesgo cumple un papel estratégico en la implementación de iniciativas orientadas al fortalecimiento del sector agropecuario, la protección de los recursos naturales y la prevención de situaciones de riesgo que puedan afectar a las comunidades. No obstante, se identifican algunas limitaciones relacionadas con la organización de la información, el seguimiento de metas y la articulación de los procesos institucionales, lo cual puede afectar la eficiencia en la gestión y el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos en el Plan de Desarrollo Municipal. | es_ES |
