Resumen
The study investigated the correlation between the motivational and organizational well-being of healthcare staff at Clínica Revivir S.A. and indicators of productivity, service quality, and staff retention. The main objective was to analyze how the dimensions of workplace well-being (emotional well-being, job satisfaction, work environment, and work-life balance) relate to organizational outcomes. A qualitative approach was used and a review of consolidated data was conducted, integrating qualitative and quantitative data through employee surveys and the results obtained from productivity indicators. This allowed for an in-depth comparative analysis, contrasting the survey data, which reflected employees' perceptions and practices regarding workplace well-being. The main results revealed a low turnover rate, which is a positive indicator that employees are satisfied with their jobs and have no intention of leaving the company. This could be related to the high perception of appreciation and recognition, as well as development opportunities. Furthermore, it was found that the rate of complaints from users is very low, which could be related to employee motivation in their roles. It was concluded that workplace well-being has a significant impact on the organizational results of Clínica Revivir S.A., as greater workplace well-being is associated with better service quality, higher productivity, and lower staff turnover. Clínica Revivir S.A. was also recommended to design and implement customized strategies to promote and foster the work quality of its employees, focusing on constant recognition of good results and the pursuit of professional and career growth. These strategies could include reward and benefits programs, as well as agreements with entities such as the compensation fund to access training programs.
