| dc.description.abstract | En el siguiente documento desarrolla el Diseño del Plan de Prevención, Preparación y Respuesta en el campo de la Seguridad Industrial para la empresa Mármoles y Piedras Cepeda SAS. Este plan tiene como objetivo principal establecer estrategias y acciones preventivas para reducir riesgos laborales, garantizar un entorno seguro para los trabajadores y mejorar la capacidad de respuesta ante emergencias. Para su desarrollo, se realizó un diagnóstico de las condiciones de seguridad en la empresa, identificando peligros asociados a las actividades de extracción, corte y manipulación de materiales. Posteriormente, se establecieron medidas de control basadas en normativas vigentes, priorizando la eliminación y reducción de riesgos mediante controles de ingeniería, administrativos y el uso adecuado de Elementos de Protección Personal (EPP). Asimismo, el plan incluye protocolos de actuación ante emergencias, asignación de roles y responsabilidades, capacitación del personal y simulacros para evaluar la efectividad de las medidas implementadas. De esta manera, la empresa fortalece su cultura de seguridad, minimiza accidentes laborales y cumple con la normativa en seguridad industrial. La metodología que se implementó fue el método deductivo; en este contexto, el investigador se centra en procesos reflexivos a profundidad donde establece sus parámetros, medidas y rubricas para resolver la problemática planteada en el interrogante, lo que conlleva a interpretar, deducir y concluir como principios que permiten ser la guía para alcanzar los objetivos planteados por la investigación, se utilizó el instrumento de evaluación la encuesta y se aplicó la herramienta DOFA para el diagnóstico empresarial. Este proyecto se concluye que se busca proteger la integridad de los trabajadores, y optimizar los procesos operativos de la empresa, asegurando su sostenibilidad y competitividad en el sector. | es_ES |
