dc.description.abstractEl manual de funciones es una herramienta indispensable para el correcto funcionamiento y desarrollo de las operaciones al interior de cualquier empresa. En el caso de las empresas de calzado, muchas de estas debido al manejo informal por parte de sus propietarios o por desconocimiento no cuenta con un documento claro que define las asignaciones y tareas de los empleados, lo cual dificulta no solo el proceso productivo, sino el desarrollo de este tipo de organizaciones. En el caso de la empresa Milena Stylos, tras realizar un diagnóstico de la misma, se procedió con el desarrollo de un manual de funciones acorde a las necesidades y requerimientos de esta empresa con el fin de contribuir a mejorar sus procesos organizacionales y administrativos.es_ES
