ANALÍSIS DE LA DEMANDA DEL TALENTO HUMANO DEL SUBSECTOR LOGÍSTICA DE TRANSPORTE DE CARGA EN EL DISTRITO DE BARRANCABERMEJA SANTANDER PARA EL PERIODO DEL 2024

Abstract

The freight transport logistics subsector in Barrancabermeja plays a fundamental role in the local and regional economy. The objective of this study is to analyze the current and future demand for human talent in the cargo transport logistics subsector in Barrancabermeja, through primary and secondary sources that allow explaining the activity of said sector. A descriptive methodological approach was used in this study, thus its development was theoretical.

To carry out this analysis, key aspects were examined such as the growth of the subsector, and the need for human talent to meet the existing needs in the department to provide new alternatives and improve higher education programs to provide a service, efficient and effective.
