| dc.description.abstract | El apropiado manejo de residuos solidos en la empresa la victoria es fundamental para el control y disposición de residuos, lo cual cuenta con el maneo integral de residuos sólidos. (Acevedo Rangel, 2021) Por lo cual, se requiere actualizar el plan de gestión integral de residuos solidos en productos la victoria en Bucaramanga, dar cumplimiento a la normativa e identificar los problemas relacionados con la producción y disposición de los residuos generados en cada área, se realizó monitoreos y seguimiento constante donde se modificaron algunos ítems para obtener mejores resultados a la hora de disponer en los cuartos de almacenamiento. (Tello, Martínez, daza, & soulier, 2022) Finalmente se realizaron capacitaciones al personal operativo de la planta para uso adecuado y disposición de residuos sólidos.
