| dc.description.abstract | El trabajo de grado está orientado al análisis de las incidencias que tendrán las empresas colombianas y sus colaboradores; si es aprobada el Proyecto de Ley Reforma Laboral “Trabajo por el Cambio” por el congreso de la República, la cual fue radicada en Bogotá el pasado16 de marzo del 2023 por la ministra de Trabajo Gloria Inés Ramírez Ríos. En su desarrollo se requirió de procesos y procedimientos, que constataron e identificaron los cambios en cálculos, principios, normas, modalidades, políticas, beneficios y estabilidad laboral de los empleados y empresas colombianas. Posteriormente se realizó la explicación y análisis de las diferentes modificaciones parciales con respecto al Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, Ley 50 de 1990, Ley 789 de 2002 y otras normas laborales. Con la información recolectada y analizada se plantearon diferentes aspectos que causarán incidencias a las empresa y colaboradores colombianos, mediante un caso práctico donde se evidencia cuantitativamente esta información | es_ES |
